Ask a text question or select an area in the video. When you send, your question, current conversation, video title and summary, and any available full video image and selected area coordinates are shared with the site's configured AI provider. Audio and the full video are not sent. Avoid including sensitive personal information. AI can be wrong; check its answers. With accounts enabled, signed-in users' completed conversations, reference frames, times and selected areas are saved privately until deleted. Guest conversations are temporary and cleared when leaving or reloading. The provider's own data handling and retention policies apply.
Accounts and chat history
When you sign in, we store your account ID, display name, and email. TK Memo never receives your Google password. Email passwords are stored as salted hashes, not plain text. Our email provider, Resend, processes the recipient address and message content to send verification emails. Your chats are private. You can delete them from each video's Chat history menu, or contact us above to request deletion of your account and associated records. There's no limit on the number of saved chats or their combined storage size. Individual chats and images still have size limits. Logging out won't delete your chats. The www and non-www sites use separate sign-in cookies but share the same account records.
