Refund & cancellation policy
How to stop a TK Memo Plus subscription from renewing, request help with a charge, and ask for a refund on a Paddle purchase.

1. Billing and renewal
Plus offers monthly and annual recurring subscriptions with no free trial. Check the interval and total shown in checkout before paying. Renewal continues until canceled. Sandbox checkouts are tests and do not take real payments.
2. Cancel future renewals
Sign in, open your account's subscription management, and use the Paddle-hosted customer portal to cancel. You can also use the link in your Paddle subscription email or contact Paddle order support. Cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another charge.
An end-of-period cancellation keeps access for the remaining paid period. Check the effective date in the portal. Canceling renewal does not itself refund a past charge. Logging out, no longer using the service, or asking to delete your TK Memo account does not by itself cancel a Paddle subscription.

Contact TK Memo at the email below or request help at paddle.net. Include the purchase email, order or transaction reference, charge date, and a brief explanation. Report duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, inaccessible paid features, or a purchase that does not match its description so the issue can be investigated. Do not send your password or full card details.
Refund eligibility is assessed under the law applicable to the purchase and the Paddle buyer and refund terms applicable to that transaction. Other requests are reviewed according to their circumstances. This policy does not promise an additional fixed, no-questions-asked refund window, nor does it impose a blanket no-refunds rule. Contact us even if you are unsure whether your purchase qualifies.
4. Processing an approved refund
Paddle processes approved refunds. The destination and time to receive funds depend on Paddle, the payment method, and the financial institution; TK Memo does not promise an instant refund. Refund and cancellation are separate actions, so check the subscription status if you also want future renewals stopped. Contact order support if an approved refund has not arrived.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer guarantees, withdrawal rights, or remedies for defective or undelivered services. Eligibility and any digital-service exceptions depend on your location and the circumstances and consents at checkout. Where mandatory law or applicable Paddle buyer protections provide greater rights, those rights are not reduced by this policy.
