1. About the service

TK Memo is the service and operating brand of an independent developer. It offers animated learning videos across mathematics, physics, and other subjects, together with AI-assisted explanations. TK Memo provides the learning service; Paddle handles purchases made through Paddle Checkout as the merchant of record.

Browsing public videos does not require a paid subscription. An account is required for personal AI usage and saved conversations. TK Memo Plus provides the additional AI allowance described on the pricing page; it is not a qualification, tutoring appointment, or guarantee of academic results.

2. Your account

Provide an email address you control and keep your sign-in details secure. You may sign in with Google or register by email. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else's account without authorization. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised. If you cannot legally agree to these terms on your own, involve a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or making a purchase.

3. Subscriptions and AI allowance

Plus is available with monthly or annual billing and no free trial. Prices and included features are shown on the pricing page; the currency, taxes, billing interval, and total payable are confirmed in checkout before payment. A subscription renews automatically until canceled. Cancellation and refund information is available in our Refund & cancellation policy and the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms.

AI usage is limited by your plan and the allowance renews in full in 7-day cycles. Your account page shows availability and the next reset. Unused allowance does not accumulate. Reaching the allowance stops new questions after any in-progress answer finishes, without an extra usage charge. Public videos and existing conversation history remain accessible. Saving conversations has no per-account count limit; individual conversations and images have technical size limits.

4. AI answers and learning content

Videos and AI answers support learning but can contain errors or omissions. Check important calculations, reasoning, and sources yourself. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. When you ask about a video, the system may use a reference frame, your selected regions, and relevant video materials; a question need not relate to the image. 5. Content and permissions

Rights in videos, site materials, and third-party content remain with their respective owners. You may use the service for personal learning and share public page links. Redistribution or commercial reuse requires the right holder's permission unless a stated license or applicable law permits it. You retain your rights in material you submit and permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to provide the requested features. Only submit content you are entitled to use.

6. Responsible use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe others' rights, bypass account or subscription controls, extract private data, or deliberately disrupt the service. Access may be restricted to address abuse, security incidents, or legal requirements. Such action does not remove any refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law.

7. Availability and your rights

Maintenance, network problems, or third-party outages may interrupt the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free learning content. If a paid feature is unavailable or not as described, contact us for assistance and review the Refund & cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes and will update the date on this page. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before they take effect where required by law, with any required consent obtained.
